All employees have 3 (three) days from
the first day of employment to provide COMPLETE paperwork
to the Human Resources Office. This 3 (three) day limit is mandated
by the Department of Homeland Security with regards to an employee
establishing their identity for the I-9 Employment Eligibility
Verification Form.
The Human Resources Office is not responsible
for employee paperwork that is late or incomplete. Employee paychecks
can be withheld or employment postponed until are documents have
been received and verified for completeness.
