EMPLOYEE RESPONSIBILITY		HUMAN RESOURCES RESPONSIBLITY

Provide the supervisor and the Human Resources Office with a letter of intent to retire. Submit an application for retirement to the Teachers Retirement System or the respective company administering the Regents Optional Retirement Plan.		Explain retirement options and benefits.
