- Provide both the supervisor and the
HR Office with a letter of resignation, and call the HR Office
to schedule an exit interview.

- Process termination documents, reviews
benefits coverage, and conducts the exit interview.

|
- Secure all department related items
such as cell phones, keys, or any other items issued by the
department.
