Armstrong Atlantic
State University invites applications for tenure-track
positions at the rank of assistant/associate
professor in the Department of Nursing. Applicants
are sought for Adult, Mental Health, Community
and Pediatric nursing areas. The appointments
will begin August 2008.
Didactic and clinical instruction; advising;
participation in ongoing program and curricular
assessment; demonstration of continuing
professional growth and scholarship development;
maintenance of expertise in areas of responsibility;
and participation in department, college
and university committees and initiatives.

| Qualifications: |
Master's degree in nursing required, doctorate
in nursing or enrollment in nursing doctoral
studies required; experience in baccalaureate
nursing education required; and a beginning
or established record of scholarship.
Must be eligible for RN licensure in Georgia.
Employment is contingent upon successful
completion of a background investigation.
