Senior administrative position requiring
managerial and technical experience. Responsible
for determining student eligibility for
various types of financial aid; distribution
of award funds, and reconciliation of
various aid programs. This position advises
students, parents and staff in regard
to factors which may affect their eligibility
for aid; acts as liaison, when necessary,
with other offices, both on and off campus,
to help determine and resolve matters
pertaining to students' enrollment, accounts,
and academic concerns which may affect
eligibility for financial aid; awards
federal, state, private, and scholarship
monies to students, ensuring that over
awards are avoided and awards are in compliance
with applicable policy/regulations; assists
Director in various areas of office management,
including personnel and day to day office
operations; reconciles and balances reports
for various financial aid funds, including
reporting to federal and state agencies;
and administers Federal College Work Study
program, including placing students and
monitoring earnings for each student.

| Qualifications: |
Baccalaureate degree plus five years applicable
experience. Requires thorough knowledge
of federal and state regulations governing
various types of aid. Must be able to
organize a heavy and varied workload.
Effective written and oral communication
skills required. Personal computer literacy
a must. SCT Banner, Excel and Word highly
desirable.
Employment is contingent upon successful
