Description:

Professional (non-faculty) full-time twelve-month position reporting to the Director of Financial Aid in the Office of Student Financial Aid. General duties require processing of student aid files, counseling students and parents on aspects of financial aid availability and eligibility, and participating in community outreach programs. Specific duties will include verification, packaging and the awarding of various student aid benefits. Must be able to make public presentations on financial aid programs as needed. Other duties may be assigned by the Director of Financial Aid.

 
Qualifications:

A baccalaureate degree is required with a minimum of two (2) years' financial aid experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills a must. Experience with SCT's Banner Financial Aid System highly desirable. Must be able to sit for extended periods of time, view small print on monitors and freely access all buildings as needed.

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background investigation.

 
Salary: Salary commensurate with education and experience. Excellent benefits package.
