The Psychology
Department of Armstrong Atlantic State University
invites applications for a one-year position
in Applied Behavior Analysis at the Assistant
Professor level, beginning August 1, 2008.
The successful candidate will be capable
of teaching introductory psychology and
two or more of the following courses:
Basic Behavior Principles and Behavior
Modification, Advanced Behavioral Assessment,
Advanced Behavior Change Techniques, or
another course in the area broadly defined
as applied behavior analysis. We are particularly
interested in candidates who could assist
in developing practicum opportunities
in the community. Candidates should demonstrate
a scientific orientation to the discipline
and the potential for excellence in teaching
and commitment to student advising.

in historic Savannah Georgia, a coastal city
located 250 miles southeast of Atlanta, Georgia
and 150 miles north of Jacksonville, Florida.

| Qualifications: |
Master's degree with experience will be
considered; a Ph.D. in psychology is preferred.
Eligibility for certification as a Board
Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is desirable.
Employment is contingent upon successful
completion of a background investigation.
