| Description: |
Full time position
reports to the Transcript Evaluation Coordinator.
Will assist in the transfer evaluation operation
for all new and current transfer students.
Work involves documenting and communicating
transfer policy to various student and faculty
constituencies; following transfer policy to
ensure compatibility with various other university
programs and units; and applying appropriate
transfer equivalencies within university/Board
of Regents guidelines. Extensive data entry
required. |

| Qualifications: |
High school diploma, complimented by excellent
verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Two years experience in admissions and/or
registrar work desirable. Computer skills
and supervisory experience required. Experience
with relational data base system (SCT
BANNER) a plus; work experience in higher
education setting and knowledge of University
System of Georgia admissions policies
and records functions desirable. Must
be proficient in data entry. Must be able
to work well under pressure and exhibit
high standards of ethics, honesty, and
integrity in all personal and professional
matters. Self motivation, good organizational
skills, and attention to detail essential.
Ability to sit for extended periods of
time, view small print on display monitor,
access all campus facilities, and lift
up to 25 pounds required.
Employment is contingent upon successful
completion of a background investigation.
